Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join a dynamic marketing team in a temp-to-hire capacity. This role is ideal for someone who can independently execute and optimize digital marketing initiatives across email, content, SEO, and social media channels. This position supports campaigns focused on sleep and respiratory care audiences and requires strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, content strategy, and multi-channel digital execution. Key Responsibilities Own and execute email marketing campaigns, including building and optimizing newsletters in HubSpot Develop, write, and manage educational and promotional email content Manage email lists, segmentation strategies, imports/exports, and performance reporting Lead blog content creation, including ideation, writing, editing, and publishing via HubSpot CMS Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices across content Manage and maintain social media calendars across Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) Coordinate with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure content alignment and quality Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement and conversions Support broader digital marketing initiatives and cross-functional content needs Required Qualifications 5+ years of digital marketing experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred Strong experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation/email platforms Proven ability to write, edit, and manage content independently Solid understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization Experience managing social media channels and content scheduling tools Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the above qualifications, apply to this posting today for immediate consideration! #J-18808-Ljbffr Kelly
