Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Woodcrest Wellness Oasis, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address personal, psychological, and interactive difficulties.

• Developing customized treatment plans based on thorough psychiatric evaluations, diagnosed conditions, and identified treatment needs.

• Gathering comprehensive bio-psychosocial information from patients through interviews, case history reviews, and observations to facilitate accurate diagnoses.

• Conducting in-depth analyses of gathered information to determine suitable treatment plans or necessary referrals to other specialists or institutions when appropriate.

• Assessing the effectiveness of each patient's treatment and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal care outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on patients in hospice care, encompassing individuals facing terminal illnesses and significant life changes. As an LCSW, you will provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of end-of-life care and facilitating open conversations about wishes, remembrance, and grief.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
