Working within a small team, this role manages a moderate volume of daily interactions, ensuring effective call handling, accurate data entry, and timely follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Handle customer calls efficiently with active listening and problem solving.
• Perform accurate data entry for customer records and interactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively within a small team of five or fewer members.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service roles.
• Proficiency with CRM software to manage customer information.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Effective time management to handle moderate daily interaction volume (10-30 calls).
• Skills in conflict resolution and teamwork within a small group setting.
