Maintenance MillwrightIndustrial Millwright / Industrial Maintenance Technician Pay: Negotiable – Very Competitive Hours: Monday–Friday, 6am–6pm OR 6pm–6am. Must be available for either shift, overtime, weekends, and call-outs as needed. Location: Muskogee, OK Overtime available!Job Summary: The Millwright / Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain heavy industrial production machinery and mechanical equipment. Equipment throughout the facility includes heat treatment operations, hydrotesters, threading equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and production controls. This position requires someone who is mechanically strong and comfortable diagnosing equipment failures, tearing down and rebuilding machinery, performing alignments, and working in a heavy industrial environment.Duties & Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment and production machineryReplace defective or worn machine components and adjust clearances and alignmentsInstall, align, level, dismantle, and relocate industrial machineryTroubleshoot and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systemsPerform machinery tear-downs, rebuilds, and equipment installationsUse hoists, jacks, dollies, rollers, forklifts, high lifts, and other material handling equipmentPerform rigging activities and assist with crane operationsRead and work from blueprints, schematics, and equipment specificationsUse micrometers, levels, squares, and other precision measuring instrumentsRepair, lubricate, and maintain machinery and mechanical componentsPerform welding and fabrication as assignedUse hand tools and power tools safely and proficientlyAssist with miscellaneous electrical and mechanical maintenance functionsPerform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtimeWork safely in a hot, cold, dirty, and fast-paced industrial environmentQualifications:1–2+ years of Millwright, Industrial Maintenance, or similar heavy industrial experienceStrong mechanical troubleshooting skillsExperience with hydraulics and pneumaticsWelding and fabrication experience preferredRigging and heavy equipment experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be available for either day or night shiftMust be available for overtime, weekends, and call-outs as neededCandidates must pass a pre-employment background, drug, and work screenMust be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
