Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity and impact of their mood disorder symptoms, enabling a tailored approach to their care.

• Collaborate with clients on crafting individualized treatment plans that align with their treatment goals and personal preferences, ensuring a client-centered focus.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' needs.

• Provide education and guidance to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, evidence-based treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Systematically monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to reflect their evolving circumstances and outcomes.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for all clients.

• Remain current with the latest research and best practices in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and assessments to comply with legal regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with a diverse range of clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. You'll engage with individuals from various backgrounds, understanding that each client has unique experiences and perspectives that influence their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure in the state as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT is essential.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT, with demonstrated experience in mood disorder treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
