Nursing Management Consultant - Per Diem Days

The Nursing Management Consultant provides nurse management consultative guidance, direction and support on an ad hoc basis regarding RN management clinical operations. This role provides ad hoc leadership support to direct care or assigned nursing units as directed by the facility Chief Nursing Officer or Director of Patient Care. Position will provide flexibility to assist Nurse Leaders as needed, provide backup leadership support and ad hoc leadership where needed. At the direction of Chief Nursing Officer, this position may step in as a temporary substitute or back up for a Nurse leader with temporary responsibility for the delivery of clinical services, staff management and management of clinical and support staff. This role is designed to provide leadership backup, support and expertise on a per diem basis. NJ State Professional Registered Nurse Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) Minimum of 15 years of progressive Nurse Management experience.
