Senior Organic Search Strategist

Role Description
The Senior Organic Search Strategist’s role is to create and execute on custom Organic Search strategies that align with the client’s KPIs using all aspects of Organic Search including:
- On-page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Off-page SEO elements
- Informational SEO Content
He/She is a great communicator who can explain SEO and SEO Content strategies to various clients ranging from C-levels to SEO experts. Responsibilities include:
- Advanced understanding of all aspects of organic search.
- Work autonomously to craft custom organic search strategies.
- Knowledge of recent algorithm updates and industry best practices.
- Excellent storytelling skills to explain organic search performance.
- Advanced knowledge in using analytical tools necessary for SEO performance.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Comfortable setting expectations and pushing back on strategy with clients.
- Strong presentation skills to communicate complex topics simply.
- Problem-solving performance and strategy challenges.
- Creation of clear, strategic roadmaps to accomplish client's goals.
- Handles client challenges related to the channel.
- Establish organic search goals and forecasts.
- Ability to delegate with clear direction.
- Leads trainings and plays an active role in team member development.
- Successful at rapport building to establish client trust.
- Present new SEO and content strategies.
- Identifying content gaps and proposing new content strategies.
- Consistently identifies cross-channel strategies to improve performance.
- 100% completion of Power Digital processes each week.
- Sufficient QA that results in no errors impacting revenue.
- On time for all deliverables and launches.
- Employ AI technologies to enhance business processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an SEO-based role.
- Advanced understanding of all aspects of organic search.
- Advanced knowledge and experience using analytical tools for SEO performance.
- Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback to team members.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented problem solver.
- Excellent storytelling with strong presentation skills.
Requirements
- Client Book Revenue per Employee: $34k.
- Client Retention Rate: 90%.
- Range of the number of accounts: 5-10.
- Team Retention: 90%.
