Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide empathetic and insightful counseling and guidance to patients and their family members, forming a crucial part of their overall care plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad and diverse client base, comprising both uninsured individuals and clients with employer-sponsored mental health plans. The client population includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Your ability to build rapport and effectively address the unique needs of each client will greatly impact their journey toward mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in the mental health field is required.
\n
• A Master's degree from a nationally recognized and accredited graduate program in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Must possess a current and valid California licensure as either an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT, enabling you to practice independently.
\n
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and their families.

• Proficient in documenting client interactions, reviewing, and scrutinizing records for accuracy, and preparing comprehensive reports.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and technology is advantageous, as we conduct all sessions remotely.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to support a diverse range of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Touchstone Wellness & Psychotherapy Clinic offers an attractive salary range of USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
