Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate individual patients’ trauma history and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and promote resilience, utilizing methods specific to each client’s needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, enabling clients to process their trauma experiences and develop effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to provide integrated and holistic care for all patients.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources to facilitate ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation reflects the highest ethical standards.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continued professional development programs focusing on trauma-informed care methodologies.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and evolving best practices in trauma therapy to enhance treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on individuals affected by various forms of trauma, including survivors of abuse, veterans with PTSD, and those who have experienced significant life disruptions. By delivering specialized care through telehealth, you will empower clients to gain insight into their experiences and foster their emotional recovery, ultimately contributing to their overall mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State is mandatory.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on trauma-related disorders.

• Strong familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities and resilience-focused approaches, demonstrating both theoretical and practical understanding.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

• Competence in navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital tools used in a telehealth environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
