Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to understand the unique mental health challenges faced by clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, defining therapeutic goals and identifying pathways for progress.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs.

• Engage in regular staff meetings and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and contribute to team-oriented solutions.

• Ensure precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to maintain compliance and support ethical clinical practice.

• Remain current in industry best practices and emerging mental health trends through ongoing professional development and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families. Your expertise in addressing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction will be vital in supporting clients from various backgrounds, including those from underrepresented communities and the LGBTQIA population.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid LMFT license issued by the state of Washington.
\n
• A minimum of two years of full-time clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Proven experience working with children, adolescents, and families, particularly with an emphasis on culturally responsive care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy to clients dealing with addiction and recovery.

• Background in utilizing cloud-based documentation tools and telehealth platforms to efficiently manage patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
