We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Construction Office Professional to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Strong experience in the construction industry
• Experience with water damage remediation/restoration projects
• Able to write reports, estimates, bids, and invoices
• Experience communicating with insurance companies is a plus
• Knowledge of Xactimate or similar estimating software preferred
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates and bids for construction and water remediation jobs
• Create and manage invoices and reports
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors
• Handle office operations and project documentation
• Maintain organized job files and schedules
