Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying specific needs and formulating effective intervention strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental attitudes.

• Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage diverse case loads efficiently.
\n
• No record of disciplinary actions on your professional board record.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth services, particularly with the use of online counseling platforms.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Experience providing crisis intervention and emergency mental health care.
