Circulate throughout the assigned casino area and serve player guests on slot machines by redeeming winning voucher tickets, making change for players and assisting players with rules of the games. Essential Job Functions Communicate all customer service issues to key personnel. Accurately perform customer transactions. Provide superior customer service, positively affect interactions with external and internal customers and employees, and have resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers. Pay and verify jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures. Promote the Club card program; understand current card benefits and information and present program to customers. Accurately maintain money flow during shift with customers and employees. Monitor work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are achieved and customer requests are addressed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum one year experience and some customer services experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. Must be able to learn all of the slots games and explain rules to guests. Must possess basic math skills, count money accurately and balance cash drawer. Must be able to sit, bend, walk, kneel, push and lift 25–50 lbs daily. Work Environment May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise. Frequently required to stand, walk, lift, bend, tug and pull; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; taste or smell. Must frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
