Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify psychological disorders using evidence-based methodologies, including the DSM-5 framework.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that set specific therapeutic goals tailored to each client's unique requirements, ensuring a structured and focused approach.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities relevant to client needs.

• Monitor treatment effectiveness by regularly measuring client progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous records of all clinical services provided, documenting initial evaluations, progress notes, and treatment updates in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Facilitate a supportive, non-judgmental therapeutic environment that encourages open dialogue and trust between the therapist and client.

• Resource availability: Provide clients with practical tools and community resources to support their journey toward personal growth and goal attainment.

• Engage in regular professional development activities to remain informed of the latest trends and techniques in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma, ADHD, and grief. This role requires the ability to sensitively navigate varying mental health needs while fostering a therapeutic alliance that empowers clients throughout their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and prioritize effectively while working in a fast-paced setting.

Wellness Assured offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
