Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver professional evidence-based mental health counseling to adult clients through weekly live video sessions, catering to their individual needs.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with other psychiatric professionals and counselors to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and customized progress tracking tools to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment strategies effectively.

• Participate in regular consultations and receive ongoing professional support from fellow team members to improve therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client sessions, including treatment goals and progress notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with a diverse range of adult clients, including those dealing with various mental health disorders—enabling you to apply your skills across multiple complexities. You will be expected to treat all individuals with respect and provide culturally responsive care that honors their unique backgrounds and life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work with current licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT from an accredited program.

• At least one year of independent licensure as a counselor, therapist, or psychologist.

• Experience in working with higher-risk or adult populations, demonstrating the ability to handle a range of mental health issues.

• Two or more years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based interventions tailored to individual adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your dedication and expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
