Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve consist primarily of stable adults with low acuity needs. These individuals have been carefully screened to ensure they are appropriate for telehealth services. You will be matched with clients whose backgrounds and therapeutic needs align with your specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring a fulfilling therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must possess a valid license in good standing to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a compassionate nature are essential to building rapport with clients.

• Proficient computer skills are required to navigate our telehealth platform and maintain electronic client records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed therapist, providing counseling services in a remote or telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and USD 104,000 annually, depending on experience and hours worked. Additionally, we offer a variety of benefits to support our therapists, including:
