This role is conducted in a telehealth setting, allowing our therapists to work remotely and maintain a work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments that are culturally sensitive and relevant to each client's unique background and circumstances.

• Utilize strength-based interventions to create customized therapy plans that emphasize skill development, emotional regulation, and resilience building.

• Develop safety, crisis, and wellness plans that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their mental health.

• Utilize telehealth platforms for effective client engagement, ensuring a seamless therapeutic experience.

• Provide continuous support and psychoeducation to clients and their families, facilitating communication and coping strategies.

• Attend regular team meetings and supervision sessions to share insights and receive feedback on therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients seeking mental health support. You will have the opportunity to provide therapy to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active Virginia license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Demonstrated ability to assess complex client needs and achieve positive outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively in a telehealth format.

Preferred Experience\n
