Mental Health Therapist

Teletherapist (child, family, adult) Full-time, Part-Time (minimum of 7 sessions per week). Licensed in the state of Virginia as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP is required. Teletherapy operates throughout Virginia and beyond. We provide the administrative backbone of a private practice while you focus on clinical work. You work from home with a steady stream of clients and income. Our services include outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults across various spectrums: Autism, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Whole Life. We seek skilled therapists who can engage clients virtually, are relationship-driven, and thrive on creative and innovative treatment methods. Job Summary The Teletherapist delivers 45‑60 minute sessions via a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform. Full‑time caseload averages 30 client sessions per week; part‑time can be as low as 7 sessions per week. We support you while your caseload grows. Responsibilities and Duties Conduct therapy virtually in 45‑60 minute blocks. Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Provide input on strategies, techniques, and services to meet client needs. Act as an integral part of MySpectrum. Qualifications & Skills Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels (licenses in other states are encouraged). Experience working with diverse populations. Desire to contribute to a growing company and share insights on client service. Commitment to build a caseload; flexibility to grow over time.
