Our clientele spans various demographics, reflecting the rich cultural diversity of the community in and around Manassas, Virginia. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving the overall mental health landscape and fostering resilience among individuals seeking support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and active licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in the state of Virginia.
\n
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health therapy, including treatment planning and virtual care.

• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build strong, therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for therapy sessions and maintaining digital documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
