This position operates primarily in a remote setting, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while meeting the needs of clients through virtual platforms. The workweek is structured from Monday to Friday, with standard hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary healthcare team that includes psychiatrists, physicians, and other mental health professionals, all committed to providing comprehensive care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, customizing therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Monitor and document client progress through comprehensive treatment plans and regular evaluations, ensuring an adaptive strategy as necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in case discussions for hospitalized clients to ensure continuity of care and comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Provide ongoing support and psychoeducation to families and caregivers, enabling them to better understand and assist their loved ones in the recovery process.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct sessions, ensuring a seamless therapeutic experience for clients in various locations.

• Stay abreast of current best practices in mental health counseling, engaging in continued professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving adults, including older adults who may face a variety of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex issues such as grief or trauma. You'll bring kindness and understanding to individuals navigating their mental health journeys, empowering them to discover coping strategies and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license issued by the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
