Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via secure video conferencing technology, guiding them towards improved mental well-being.

• Facilitate discussions around their emotions, experiences, and thoughts to foster enhanced self-awareness and interpersonal relationships.

• Advocate for clients by helping them articulate their goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.

• Assess clients’ mental health status and create tailored treatment plans that employ evidence-based methodologies tailored to their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will consist of pre-screened, stable adults with low acuity issues, meaning you will not encounter patients facing severe mental health crises. This supportive environment allows you to focus on enhancing clients' coping mechanisms and overall resilience while ensuring a manageable caseload aligned with your specialties and demographic preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure to practice independently, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses; applicants must have a clean professional record without any disciplinary actions.

• Proficient in making clinical evaluations, treatment planning, and executing interventions effectively, with a robust understanding of mental health disorders.
