Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role is pivotal in delivering client-centered care and contributing to evidence-based treatment planning. Key responsibilities include:

• Administering psychometric assessments and supporting therapists in scoring, interpreting, and reporting results.

• Participating in regular supervision sessions with site supervisors to ensure ongoing professional development and quality of care.

• Maintaining meticulous client records, integrating both written documentation and electronic health record systems to uphold client confidentiality and compliance standards.

• Researching best practices for specific assignments and projects as requested by supervisors to enhance service delivery.
\n
• Coordinating care through collaboration with external partner agencies, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support in all aspects of their well-being.

• Developing and customizing individualized treatment plans (ITP) based on assessments, evaluations, and ongoing client discussions.

• Conducting consultations with clients to address their mental health needs and progress in therapy.

• Writing thorough case notes and evaluations to document client progress and inform treatment decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily supports adult clients with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related symptoms. You will work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals aligned with their individual needs and aspirations, fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid state-issued license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to practice as a mental health counselor.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and a clean history with no Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a third party.

Compensation and Benefits\n
