This position is remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans that meet each client’s individual needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, based on the most effective modalities for each client.

• Keep meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate treatment records to facilitate high standards of care.

• Collaborate consistently with a multidisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at improving the quality of care provided across the clinic.

• Educate clients and their families about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, promoting informed decision-making.

• Continuously engage in professional development by staying current with research, clinical practices, and advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundation in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, with the capacity to adapt methods to suit individual clients’ needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
