Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic screenings to identify clients' presenting mental health issues and formulate appropriate treatment plans based on their individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective individual and group therapy sessions.

• Actively collaborate with fellow therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff to create a streamlined care experience that addresses all aspects of client wellness.

• Provide educational resources and emotional support to clients’ family members, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the healing process.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment adjustments, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions and training workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge of emerging mental health trends and treatments.

Qualifications\n
