Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake evaluations to understand clients' histories, challenges, and goals, laying a solid foundation for ongoing therapeutic intervention.

• Provide individual therapy tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients navigating challenges such as attention difficulties, anxiety, trauma, and depression.

• Optional involvement in group or family therapy sessions, enhancing treatment offerings and expanding your therapeutic skill sets.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of medical records using our electronic health record system, ensuring all notes meet regulatory standards.

• Engage in professional collaboration with other multi-disciplinary team members, including primary care providers, to holistically address clients' behavioral and physical health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, trauma, depression, and executive functioning disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling or a related field, and possession of an active LPC license in the state of Oregon for a minimum of two years.

Compensation and Benefits\n
