Production Associate - Night Shift

Quanex is seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team in Orwell, Ohio. Quanex Custom Components, a manufacturer of cabinet doors, is seeking people with strong work ethic to become part of our manufacturing team. The Production Associate will perform a variety of tasks related to the manufacturing of cabinet doors which could include sanding, using woodworking machinery, packaging, and many more. Salary: $20.40 - $31.75 per hour, (rate includes 20% shift differential), starting wage varies based on your experience Schedule: Monday- Thursday, 8:15pm-6:45am We Offer You! Monitoring product to ensure that quality standards are being met. Receives direction from and notifies the supervisor/team lead when more work is needed. Maintains the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards. Promoting teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers. Assists in other work areas when the workload permits or requires. What You Bring: High School or equivalent education, required. 6 months+ of manufacturing experience, preferred. Ability to perform detailed work that requires high levels of concentration. Bringing a positive attitude and team-oriented mentality. Ability to perform repetitive work. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Able to pass background and drug screening process.
