Chief Operating Officer Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary up to $120K Opportunities for long-term career advancement in a values-driven, growth-focused company Collaborative, supportive culture with a focus on people development Exposure to multi-channel hospitality, retail, and production operations Chief Operating Officer Requirements & Qualifications 10+ years of progressive leadership in operations, hospitality, retail, food manufacturing, distribution, or related industries 5+ years managing leaders and developing high-performing management teams Proven experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing teams across multiple departments Strong track record managing budgets, financial performance, labor planning, and operational scorecards Demonstrated ability to scale systems, processes, and teams during growth periods Business acumen with experience analyzing financial statements, operational reports, and key metrics Experience leading strategic initiatives from planning through execution Ability to travel regularly between company locations Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred but not required Chief Operating Officer Preferred Background & Skills Experience in multi-unit or multi-department retail, restaurant, hospitality, food manufacturing, or franchise operations Familiarity with systems such as Zenput, Trainual, Homebase, Slack, Square POS, Notion, and MarketMan Operates with a coaching mindset and commitment to culture and people-first leadership Background in organizations operating on EOS or similar business frameworks Chief Operating Officer Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provide operational leadership across all business areas, including retail shops, production, catering, events, wholesale, and logistics Establish and monitor company metrics, budgets, and processes to drive sales growth and profitability Candidates who are people-focused, strategic, and passionate about continuous improvement will thrive in this leadership role. #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
