Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to deliver impactful counseling sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients who may have limited access to mental health services, including individuals and families dealing with diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. Your empathetic approach and clinical expertise will be vital in building trusting relationships with clients, allowing them to feel safe discussing sensitive topics.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, demonstrating your capacity to provide quality care in a clinical setting.

• Proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
