Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions through video conferencing platforms, offering immediate therapeutic support and guidance to clients undergoing detoxification.

• Assess client needs through detailed interviews and standardized assessments to inform individualized treatment plans that encompass various aspects of mental health and recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions and tailored therapeutic strategies to enhance clients' coping skills, resilience, and overall mental well-being.

• Create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and experiences related to substance use, guiding them towards personal growth and recovery.

• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and addiction specialists to deliver integrated care and ensure comprehensive treatment for clients’ mental health and substance use needs.

• Advocate for clients by providing them with information on available resources and support networks that can assist in their recovery journey.

• Document all interactions and treatment progress in our secure electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults who are in the process of detoxification and recovery from substance use. Your role will involve a deep understanding of the complexities of addiction and the mental health challenges that often accompany it. This client population may exhibit varying levels of willingness to engage in treatment, thus requiring a compassionate, patient-centered approach that respects their personal journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation with no history of disciplinary action.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
