Service Account Manager

Purpose Statement This position is to provide sales coverage for the South Central USA region including Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. The SAM will be responsible for selling the products for the Paper Service Divisions. Essential Functions:
- Be the primary point of contact to build new and long-term relationships with customers
- Continually look for ways to improve account growth through clear understanding of clients' objectives and goals
- Ability to drive client retention and satisfaction throughout the territory
- Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams
- Maintain organized and detailed territory records in the Company’s CRM system
- Represents all product lines assigned on each mill visit
- Responsible for the territory forecasts, budgets and cost controls
- Develop and adhere to processes and workflows, as it relates to account success
- Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed and assist with implementing these processes
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required
- B.S. degree in Engineering or 5 to 10 years’ experience in Pulp and Paper.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience and established relationships with the customers in the region is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Andritz Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines is required.
- Willingness to travel- 80% of time will be spent in the field
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize when multiple tasks require attention
