Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate care to all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve providing services to stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health needs. Clients may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, or life transitions. By implementing personalized therapeutic approaches, you will help these individuals build resilience and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure as a mental health practitioner: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, with no provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $104,000 annually, dependent on the number of hours worked and experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time therapists. We minimize administrative burdens, allowing you to focus entirely on your clients and your therapeutic practice.
