Responsibilities

• Financial and accounting duties (bank reconciliations, financial reports, cash management and expense control)


• Administrative management (supervise office staff, maintain organized records, handle supply inventory, office policies and procedures)


• Automotive specific tasks (process vehicle deals, ensure compliance with DMV/state regulations, coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments)


• Ensure accurate financial information, and other tasks associated with dealership accounting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Automotive accounting experience preferred


• Highly organized and eagerness to improve


• Willingness to take initiative


• Knowledge of automotive industry processes


• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills


• Ability to provide quality customer service


• Work with all levels of employees


• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
