Responsibilities

• Create a positive impression on customers over the phone
• Successfully pivot to additional State Farm products
• Identify and fulfill customer needs as they arise
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements

• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotes preferred
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Personal Lines/Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
