You will be instrumental in building our leadership team as we scale from startup to market leader.We're looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation and wants to play a pivotal role in assembling the leadership team that will drive our next phase of growth. This is a great opportunity to help shape the leadership team of a category-defining technology company.What You'll DoLead end-to-end executive search processes for C-suite, VP, and senior director-level positions across all functionsDevelop and execute comprehensive search strategies for critical leadership roles including Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and FinancePartner closely with founders, board members, and existing executives to define role requirements and ideal candidate profilesLeverage extensive candidate networks within the cloud computing and AI industriesProactively build relationships with top-tier executive talent through industry events, conferences, and strategic networkingManage sophisticated interview processes involving multiple stakeholders and assessment methodologiesEnsure exceptional candidate experience that reflects our company values and competitive positioningDevelop compelling value propositions for executive candidates considering startup opportunitiesYou10+ years of executive search experience, with at least 4 years focused on technology sector rolesProven track record of successfully placing C-suite and VP-level executives at high-growth technology companiesDeep understanding of semiconductor, GPU, AI/ML, or related hardware/software technology marketsExtensive network of relationships with executive talent in relevant industriesExperience working with venture-backed startups and understanding of startup dynamicsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredNice to HavePrevious experience at top-tier executive search firms (Russell Reynolds, Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles, etc.)In-house recruiting experience at high-growth technology companiesFamiliarity with cloud computing, AI infrastructure, or related technologiesExperience recruiting for companies that have scaled through rapid growth phases (Series A through IPO)Established relationships with technology executives, particularly in Silicon Valley and other major tech hubsTrack record of recruiting diverse executive talent and building inclusive leadership teamsSalary Range InformationThe annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors.
