Work Environment\n

In this remote role, you will primarily support students and their families, collaborating closely with educational staff and other mental health professionals. While the position is remote, you’ll be actively involved in virtual counseling sessions, school meetings, and community engagements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health needs, strengths, and challenges of students.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans with clear goals and specific interventions based on student assessments.

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including school psychologists, teachers, and special educators, to provide integrated and coordinated treatment plans.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, including conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans as necessary.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in adherence to ethical and legal guidelines.

• Lead and participate in psychoeducational workshops, group therapy sessions, and support groups to enhance students' coping skills.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a strong understanding of social work principles.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
