salary: $27 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process for security staff, including posting job ads, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the onboarding and compliance paperwork
• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and internal staff, managing reception duties and handling inquiries with professionalism
• Assist in managing candidate documentation and ensure all onboarding paperwork adheres to employment law compliance
• Work closely with the scheduling team and account managers in an open-office environment to meet fluctuating hiring needs
