Job Title: Purchasing Specialist
Job Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Rate: $35.00/hr [Weekly Pay]
Shift Timings: 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM [Monday to Friday]
Contract Duration: 07 Months [Temp-To-Hire]
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Job Description:
Procure materials, equipment, and services in line with company policies.
Develop and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies.
Review and analyze purchase requisitions for accuracy and efficiency.
Recommend improvements to procurement and requisition processes.
Monitor and manage purchase changes and order updates.
Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and bid specifications.
Analyze bids, quotes, and proposals to select best vendors.
Award contracts and manage vendor relationships.
Oversee contract execution and ensure compliance.
