Description:The Global Sales Support position is responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with daily analytical and administrative tasks to expedite Sales and Marketing initiatives with company accounts.Requirements:

• Review of Select Key accounts to ensure MOQ’s (Minimum Order Qty’s) are achieved daily

• Establish and maintain Key Account Order Frequencies

• Manage, Create & Update Customer Order Guides- revisions due to price, product registration or shelf-life

changes

• Utilize Monday CRM platform & inform RSM of any inconsistencies or pending follow-up from Sales Team

• Monitor promotions and follow up w/ customers on their open orders (based on report provided)

• Track Quantitative and Qualitative Sales Data to assist RSM in creating Brand & Account Sales Analysis Reports

• Assist with samples requests and preparation for trips and new presentations for customers

• Aid with Powerpoint presentation creation/modification for customer meetings

• Use Outlook for scheduling of all daily activities & meetings

• No travel is required for this position at this time

• Update specifications for new products by adding item(s) to the customer’s customized order guide

• Follow up with Key Customers on assigned List of Products available in Stock and current Promotions

• Initiate communication with customers to request brand performance and offer new sales opportunities

• Send routine (weekly and/or bi-weekly) correspondence via telephone and email to select accounts

• Assist Regional Sales Manager with Forecasting of Corporate Core Brands

• Prepare Customer’s Product Information Documents (Buy Docs) assigned by RSM

Qualifications:

• Organization and time management skills

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Detail oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines

• Ability to think creatively and execute tasks efficiently

• Strong creative and analytical skills

• Bi-lingual; Spanish & English preferred

• Ability to multitask and take initiative and to work both independently and as a team member
