Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Registered Nurse – Nursing

Schedule: Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 per week

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS OR HS-ACLS OR RQI ACLS) certification at time of hire
• Minimum of two years recent experience in the field
• EMR experience with EPIC

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and overall care plans.
• Delegate nursing tasks to other staff members as appropriate based on their scope of practice.
• Participate in discharge planning and incorporate teaching needs in overall patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.

Compliance / Notes:

• Auto Offer - Variable Shift, 36 or 48 hours, 12 hr shift
• Must have EPIC experience
