Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge timelines.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans, tailoring interventions to support client goals effectively.

• Ensure meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client, utilizing electronic health record systems for compliance and quality assurance.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify individuals' needs and develop initial treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, adapting approaches to suit varying client circumstances.

• Participate actively in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills, professional development, and discussion of case management techniques.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between $75,000 to $90,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Clinicians can benefit from a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, ensuring financial stability without waiting for reimbursement.
