Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Providing one-on-one, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to individuals' needs.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care for each client.

• Facilitating crisis intervention sessions, including risk assessments and safety planning as needed.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will hold the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
