This position requires 100% domestic travel – fly out Sunday, fly home Friday, year-round. Job Responsibilities: Implement and lead transformational change initiatives by coaching frontline teams and management. Work closely with clients to understand resource utilization and identify operational improvements. Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with clients. Address issues proactively, provide feedback, and foster accountability among frontline staff. Develop frontline supervisors to adopt proactive management styles. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and workshops. Analyze and utilize metrics and data to inform management decisions. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and support the implementation of management systems. Professional Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field. 4+ years of supervision and management experience, preferably in Production & Manufacturing industries. Strong conflict resolution, consensus building, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to deliver results while managing client relationships. High credibility and leadership skills across organizational levels. Excellent observational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
