Help Desk & IT Systems Administrator

PMO Partners in Norwood, MA seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to provide on-site and remote support for hardware and software issues. You will configure devices, troubleshoot, manage incidents, and assist users to achieve timely resolutions. Applicants should be familiar with Windows OS, MS Office, and TCP/IP; strong customer service and multitasking skills are required.
