Junior Accounts Payable & Receivable Associate

Junior Accounts Payable & Receivable Associate Full-time Compensation: USD 65,000 - USD 75,000 per year We are searching for a Junior Accounts Payable & Receivable Associate to join our Accounting team and gain hands‑on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general financial administration. Essential Functions Accounts Payable – Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, verify purchase orders, receipts, and payment requests, prepare and process payments to suppliers, maintain organized financial records, reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Accounts Receivable – Generate customer invoices and statements, record and reconcile customer payments, assist with maintaining accurate customer account records, support month‑end closing activities. General Accounting Support – Assist with data entry and financial reporting, support audits and internal compliance processes, communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams, perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications College degree. 2+ years in a professional office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and problem‑solving abilities. Preferred Skills Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O or similar accounting systems.
