Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Responsibilities Responsible for HR and Admin functions, including but not limited to Hiring, Onboarding, offboarding of employees, maintaining public access files like I-9, eVerify, etc. Payroll and Employee Benefits. Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, take statements for investigations, and manage time and attendance records. Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and ensure that all time‑off requests are processed in a timely manner. Assist with employee investigations by taking statements and gathering information. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Assist with the recruitment and selection process as needed. Manage employee records and ensure that they are up-to-date and accurate. Answer employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and procedures. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the HR Director. #J-18808-Ljbffr
