Position Part Time Course Support (Project Mentor) – Summer 2026. Salary A minimum of $500, with potential additional compensation based on qualifications, experience, and available funding. Monitor student projects to ensure they remain on track and meet established timelines. Provide guidance and support to students, collaborating with instructors to ensure successful completion of projects. Foster effective communication and collaboration among students and between students and instructors, including facilitation of group discussions and resolution of conflicts. Coordinate resources needed for student projects, such as equipment, software, or materials, ensuring students have what they need. Stay informed about course content, objectives, and expectations to effectively support students. Qualifications Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience as a teaching/course assistant. Experience in teaching, course support, or similar instructional role is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with faculty and students. All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of all pre‑employment screenings. Physical Demands and Work Environment Work is primarily office‑based, with occasional travel to campus locations; standard office setup.
