Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain a robust caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing timely and flexible service while ensuring thorough documentation, including diagnosis reviews and treatment plan updates in compliance with company policies.

• Deliver exceptional client service by leading therapy sessions, engaging in active listening, and employing innovative interventions to foster personal growth and healing.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders including families, educational institutions, and medical personnel to coordinate seamless care for clients.

• Prepare meticulous documentation for each session, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of the Mind Bliss team, you will work with a diverse client base, addressing the needs of individuals from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will help clients navigate complex emotional and relational challenges, actively supporting them as they pursue their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution, with a focus on therapeutic practices and methodologies relevant to family dynamics.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is required.

• Familiarity with mental health documentation standards and practices, including treatment plans and clinical case notes.
\n
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enhancing the therapeutic relationship and ensuring clarity in documentation and coordination.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries while effectively engaging with clients.

• The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 based on your qualifications and experience.
