Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough reviews of patient health histories in preparation for initial evaluations.

• Develop, implement, and regularly reevaluate comprehensive mental health care plans that adhere to established standards of practice.

• Engage in detailed interviews with patients and their families to assess educational needs and establish treatment goals.

• Evaluate patient and family responses to education, adjusting care plans as necessary to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, to coordinate care and communicate patient status effectively.

• Make timely referrals to other healthcare professionals as indicated based on patient needs.

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and data security.

• Complete documentation accurately and promptly using our electronic health record systems to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Facilitate multiple scheduled workshops focusing on mental health education, fostering a supportive environment for learning and discussion among participants.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adult patients, including those with complex medical histories such as cardiac conditions. Your clinical expertise will help address the mental health challenges associated with these illnesses, enhancing patients' overall quality of life through improved emotional and psychological support.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist license is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex mental health concepts clearly to patients and families.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Ability to work flexibly and independently in a remote work setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your level of experience and the number of clients you see weekly. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
