Location: Burr Ridge, IL; 100% Onsite
1st Year OTE: $100,000; 2nd Year OTE: $115,000-$140,000; 3rd Year OTE: $150,000-$180,000
Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000 + Uncapped Commissions

Travel: 10% or less around Chicagoland and NW Indiana Business Development Representative (Full-Cycle B2B Sales Opportunity) Description Our client, a commercial facilities services company, is looking to expand their sales team in Burr Ridge. This individual contributor position focuses on generating new commercial contracts while also supporting and growing existing customer relationships. Most of your time will be spent prospecting new opportunities across the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana markets, targeting building owners, property managers, and facilities leaders. Deal sizes typically range from $12K to $70K, with an average around $25K, and sales cycles typically span from a few weeks up to 3-4 months for larger accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in a lead generation, inside sales, or outbound prospecting role who is looking to take the next step into a full-cycle sales position. Whether your experience comes from primarily residential sales with some exposure to commercial accounts or you've spent most of your time prospecting commercial clients, this role offers the opportunity to own the sales process, build long-term customer relationships, and increase your earning potential. With limited travel and most client interactions conducted virtually, this is a great opportunity to transition from a lead generation into a true closing role while continuing to develop your B2B experience.
Business Development Representative (Full-Cycle B2B Sales Opportunity) Responsibilities • Prospect and generate new business for commercial services
• Manage and maintain a sales pipeline of prospects in the CRM
• Follow up with leads to drive contract opportunities
• Develop and present service proposals and pricing quotes
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers and building owners
• Conduct sales conversations primarily by phone, with occasional in-person meetings
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and requests
• Follow up on quotes to advance deals through the sales cycle
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and service alignment

• Experience generating new business through outbound calling to commercial clients required
