Overview: Ecolab seeks a Territory Sales and Service Representative to manage territory, service laundry and dish machines, dispense equipment and systems, and sell new solutions for customers in hospitality, foodservice, long‑term care, and other sectors. Key Responsibilities: Leverage tablet and mobile apps to conduct customer visits and recommend programs and solutions. Communicate value to meet customer needs and grow sales within existing accounts. Use problem‑solving skills to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems. Provide emergency service to customers via phone or in person when needed. Assist in installation of equipment and solutions. Demonstrate safe equipment use to ensure customer operations are fully functional. Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs. Field position that may require travel to Wichita, McPherson, Hutchinson, and Pratt, KS. Position Details: Field‑based role with required travel to Wichita, McPherson, Hutchinson, and Pratt, KS. Training includes 2 weeks at Ecolab Corporate Headquarters, Eagan, MN, and on‑field training. One weekend in every four is typically required. Minimum 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, or foodservice/hospitality industry experience. Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and emergency assistance. Current, unrestricted Driver’s License. No immigration sponsorship available. Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling. Operating in confined spaces. Distinguishing colors (may be accommodated). Overtime availability; driving a company vehicle as required. Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree or other advanced training/certifications. Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical fields related to foodservice, laundry, hospitality, or pool/spa. Compensation: Total range for this position is $58,700–$88,100, including base pay and target incentive, based on performance.
